Thou shalt prevail
I got the rescue scene completed.
This scene was intimidating because I didn't know how to write everything that was happening. There were four different things going on at the same time and they all led to the rescue. I basically ignored two of the four other than mentioning the breach and did OK on the other two. I'm not happy with it as it is right now by a long shot, but the basis is written. Now, I can breathe and edit 'til my heart's content.
My weekend is wide-open so I should have lots of time to get this part how I want it and I can move forward to the last part of my story.
